Welcome to the Northside Assembly of God website. It is a pleasure to have you as our guest. We have been ministering to the Gulf Coast community for over 30 years. Pastor Jeff Fillmore and his wife, Donna, have been pastoring at Northside since 1992.

NSAOG is a family-oriented church with services and ministries for everyone. Our doors are open to long-time residents, vacationers, and anyone just passing through. We have an open heart towards military personnel permanently and temporarily assigned to the Gulf Coast.

Our services welcome you with a contemporary style of worship that still remembers its roots. The ministry at NSAOG is based on the principle that we are imperfect creatures serving a perfect Lord. Even with our imperfections, we press towards the goal that God has given us. We believe that we have a purpose...to reach, teach and keep souls for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We strive to show all the love and compassion Jesus has for us by living our lives throught the leading of His spririt.

We have a unique motto at Northside which describes our goals. It is summed up in one Hebrew word, 'BENA', which is used in the book of Ezra to describe the rebuilding of the temple and the city. It literally means "to build or make."

· Birth - of personal salvation and a place of ministry within the Church
· Expansion - of personal maturity and the Kingdom of Heaven
· Nurturing - of new ministries and new methods of accomplishing those ministries
· Advancement - into new geographical areas while reaching new people individually
